Even though we are still suffering from a serious case of "white walls" at our new home, we did our best to make the place look festive for our first Christmas here.

Here is our pathetic little excuse for a tree, complete with a penguin friend who floated in on an ice berg:

I've been blessed to have inherited my Mom's collection of singing Christmas creatures!! All you do is add the bateries and Lou will happily push their buttons to play them all at the same time!! This year, we were selective about which ones got batteries, just to save ourselves some sanity, haha.

And my final excuse for not posting anything in 2008, I have to fight for computer time! Lou's newfound hobby is surfing the web on MY laptop. He enjoys several learning websites in addition to watching trailers for computer games featuring race cars. He has also downloaded several game demos and tinkers with them constantly. He can now play Bejeweled too, he just clicks on "hint" for each move, haha!! Yup.....the computer geek gene has definately been passed along.
